SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Shipping Terms
1.1 All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after full payment has been received and confirmed.
1.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events). Dolls Beauty shall not be held liable for any delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
1.3 Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. The risk of loss and title for products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Due to hygiene and safety regulations, only unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
2.2 The customer must notify Dolls Beauty of any return request within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
2.3 Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way are strictly non-returnable and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Procedure
3.1 To initiate a return, the customer must first obtain written approval from Dolls Beauty by contacting our customer service with the order number and proof of purchase.
3.2 Once the return is authorized, the customer will receive detailed return instructions.
3.3 The customer is solely responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Dolls Beauty (e.g., incorrect or faulty product).
4. Inspection & Refunds
4.1 All returned products are subject to strict inspection upon receipt.
4.2 A refund will only be issued if the product is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging intact.
4.3 Dolls Beauty reserves the absolute right to deny any refund if the returned item fails to meet the stated conditions.
4.4 If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
5.1 Items marked as “final sale” or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
6.1 If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify Dolls Beauty within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue.
6.2 If confirmed, Dolls Beauty will, at its sole discretion, offer either a replacement product or a full refund.
7. Liability
7.1 Dolls Beauty shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
7.2 By purchasing from Dolls Beauty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping & Returns Policy in its entirety.
8. Amendments
8.1 Dolls Beauty reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version available on our website at the time of purchase shall apply.
