CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy We kindly ask all clients to review our booking and cancellation terms before making an appointment. By scheduling a session, you agree to the following policy. Booking Rules • Clients can cancel their own bookings online up to 72 hours prior to the appointment. • Clients can reschedule their own bookings online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. • There are currently no restrictions on how far in advance or last-minute a booking can be made. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Show Fees To respect our time and availability, cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments. • Free Cancellation Period • You may cancel more than 24 hours before your session free of charge. • Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a fee of 50% of the session price. ⸻ Payment & Card Details • Saving card details for online bookings is optional (or required if you later enable it). • Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged according to this policy. ⸻ Important Notes • All changes and cancellations must be made through our online booking system within the allowed timeframe. • Any updates to this policy will automatically apply to all services linked to your booking.
